The old building from the late '40s triggered my passion for designing, creating, and reconstructing a peaceful, bright, and clutter-free environment for guests and friends. In the process, the facade and many details of the old house were preserved and later integrated into the new Athenian modernist architecture.
Both apartments are located on the first floor, each with a balcony overlooking the back yard and a private terrace facing the front side of the house.
